These terms apply to all services provided by Bare Content LLC. By booking a package or service, you agree to the following:

1. Scope of Services

We provide custom content creation (e.g., Reels, photos, captions, Canva graphics, UGC) as outlined in your chosen package or offer.

2. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We accept payments via PayPal, Stripe, or bank transfer.

• For recurring services, invoices will be issued monthly.

3. Delivery & Revisions

• Content is delivered digitally within the agreed timeframe.

• Each package includes up to 1 revision round per asset (unless stated otherwise).

• Additional revisions will be billed at $50/hour.

4. Usage Rights

• Standard content includes usage for organic social media unless otherwise specified.

• Use in paid ads requires a usage license (+20% of the package price for 3 months).

• Bare Content retains the right to display content as portfolio material (unless the client requests otherwise in writing).

5. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made in writing at least 7 days before the agreed start date.

• Refunds are not available once work has started, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Liability

We are not liable for losses or damages resulting from the use of our content or services beyond the value of the contract.

7. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
